Smoked Salmon Bread Roll

A fresh and fun idea for your kids’ lunchbox. Olivia really likes smoked salmon; that’s why she really enjoys this bread roll recipe.

The addition of green salad or spinach makes this lunch even better as they are packed with good nutrients and heart-healthy compounds.

You will need:

  • multigrain bread
  • cream cheese
  • spinach or green salad
  • smoked salmon

Procedure:

  1. Take one slice of bread and remove the side crust with a knife. With a rolling pin, flatten the bread.
  2. Spread the cream cheese on the bread. Add a layer of spinach or green salad, then top with smoked salmon. You can choose any smoked salmon variety that you like.
  3. Slowly roll the bread slices to obtain a nice bread cylinder. With your hands, compact the cylinder. Using a sharp knife, slice the bread cylinder into 1-inch rolls.
  4. Done and enjoy it!
